How much free waiting time is included at the airport?
Waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing. For city pick-ups, free waiting is 15 minutes.
What is included in the price?
Bridge and motorway tolls, parking, meet & greet, refreshments and free waiting time are included. Prices are per vehicle, not per person.
How can I pay?
Pay the driver in cash (TRY, EUR, USD, GBP) or by credit card in the vehicle on the day of travel. Bank transfer and invoicing are available for corporate clients.
Do you provide baby or child seats?
Yes, just mention it when booking; baby and child seats are free of charge.
How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the transfer are free. Contact us with your booking code via the "Manage Booking" page or WhatsApp.
